Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation via email or in-app notification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Payment Failure

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds and correct payment details before submitting an order.

Delivery Areas & Times

We currently deliver within specified service areas around Thane, Maharashtra. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to change based on demand, weather, and operational capacity.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery or leave the order at a safe location as instructed.

Perishable Goods

All our products are perishable. We strongly recommend consuming products on the day of delivery for optimal freshness. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed consumption after delivery.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided baking has not yet commenced. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted as products are freshly prepared to order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following cases: (a) order cancelled within the allowed window; (b) incorrect or missing items delivered; (c) products received in damaged or inedible condition. Photographic evidence may be required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or to your Gondeshwar Wallet within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable

Custom or personalised cakes/orders cannot be refunded unless there is a quality defect. Change of mind is not a valid reason for refunds on custom orders.

Validity

All coupons, vouchers, and reward points are subject to validity periods and usage conditions specified at the time of issuance. Expired coupons cannot be reinstated.

Restrictions

Coupons and vouchers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Misuse

Any misuse, duplication, or fraudulent use of coupons and vouchers will result in immediate cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
